Yes, she is really hanging on by herself. I didn't let go for long, but she had a good grip on the crib slat with one hand. She was even doing a little bouncing with her knees! She seems too little to do this! She like standing like this, but she can't pull herself up on anything yet. Actually, she can't crawl yet, or sit herself up on her own yet, but she likes to stand! Maybe she will be one of those pumpkins who skips crawling. Maybe not. We shall see.
