Temperature rising

So it is getting pretty hot outside, but I'm not talking about that. Lexi woke up early this morning with a low temp - 100.4 doesn't really count as a temp, but it is out of the norm for her. Anyway, she went back to sleep after I fed her and then woke up earlier than normal. She was ok, but didn't seem quite herself. And she still had a temp of about 100.4. Then this afternoon we took it again. 101.8. So we are getting close to a real temp, but of course we don't know what is wrong and just have to wait it out. She was just kind of tired and mellow and a little fussy. She still ate and napped - very good. She was so tired we put her to bed a little early with some Tylenol. I avoid it, but she was getting pretty fussy (mostly tired, but also seemed kind of touchy). Hopefully she will have a good night sleep! Poor little pumpkin.
