Password for video is corn.On the 4th we headed over to see David's cousin and his family. It was a great day filled with food, resting and family. Lexi had a lot of fun following her cousins around. It was really cute. And we got to celebrate birthdays, as well. Both girls have their birthdays the beginning of July. We need to get the girls together again soon!
On the way back, we saw a few fireworks out the window from the car on the interstate. I kept saying how pretty they were and she agreed. We decided we would try to find a place in town to watch the fireworks before we headed home. As soon as we got out of the car and Lexi heard the fireworks, she turned her head, crying, and wouldn't even look at them. Maybe next year. She still talks about "pretty, pretty" pointing up. It's funny that's what she says about them, even though she was so scared!
We had a great long weekend. There should be more of those...

Love it! Chase has started eating corn on his own too... so very cute! Only he was able to leave the cob on the table and bend over to bite it... classy, I know!
